Thank you for inquiring about our slope side apartment with a Hot Tub and Dry Sauna inside the apartment. My wife and I own this 1750 square foot Luxury Condominium at the base of Keystone Mountain in Keystone Colorado. Most Condos' at Keystone are only between 900 and 1100 square feet in size. We are approximately 150-200 yards from Keystone Mountain and we sit right on the Snake River, which runs past our back door. It flows year round and especially in the summer months with snowmelts run-off. The sound of the River Flowing is absolutely wonderful. Along the River is the bike path that runs from Keystone to Dillon to Vail. Our magnificent vistas and views of Keystone Mountain are unmatched by most other apartments. Our unit consists of Two bedrooms and Two baths, a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom, a Futon in the Living Room, a Large L shaped Couch in the Living Room and a roll away bed in the closet, if needed. We are located in an eight unit building, that is four stories tall with only two apartments on a floor that are separated by a large foyer, two stairwells and an Elevator. This layout of only two apartments on a floor offers total privacy from your neighbor. Recently, we completely remodeled the entire apartment with all new appliances, (Range and Microwave Oven, new Berber carpeting and fresh paint, new blinds etc. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything including dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. Bed linens and towels are provided clean when you arrive. There is no maid service for the week. If you need additional linens, you will have to wash and dry your own with our built in washer and dryer, right in the apartment. Very convenient. The living room has a fireplace and the deck is always stacked with a half cord of firewood. We have 3 remote control color TV's, one in each room, a VCR, a brand new Stereo with a 5 Disk CD Changer, so bring your favorite CD's and VCR tapes. We have a beautiful view of the Snake River Basin and Keystone Mountain, which is lighted at night. Again, we are about a 150-200 yard walk to the Ski Lifts and the base of the mountain, the Mountain House, The Ski School, The Bunny Hill, The Ski Rental Shop and the Snowboard Center. We also have a Private Dry Sauna and Hot Tub in a separate private room inside our apartment with bay windows overlooking Keystone Mountain and the Snake River Valley. There are no other apartments in Keystone that has a Private Hot Tub and Sauna inside the apartment. See our website for color photographs. Our parking is immediately outside the front door of our building and is private and always available. There is never a time when there is not a parking space available. We rent daily with a 3 night minimum with check in time at 4 PM and check out time at 10AM.. Colorado sales tax of 5.78% applies to all rentals.

Upon its receipt, if the time your request is still available, I will charge your card 50% of the rental, with the balance due 60 days before arrival, and make the reservation and then confirm with you the same day that you have a reservation for the time requested. You also have the option of sending me a check if you desire to do that. You do not have to charge the visit.
