My wife and I own a 1750 square foot, luxury condominium at the base of Keystone Mountain in Keystone, Colorado. Our unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths and is located in an eight unit building, that is four stories tall with only two apartments on a floor, separated by a large foyer. There are two stair wells and one elevator in the building. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven. The living room has a fireplace and the deck is always stacked with a half cord of wood. We have a beautiful view of the Snake River Basin and Keystone Mountain, which is lit at night. We are about a 150 yard walk to the Ski Lifts and the base of the mountain. We also have a private dry sauna that seats up to four people, a hot tub inside of our apartment and a open-air porch.

            There is nothing better than coming home to a hot tub in the privacy of your home, and relaxing to some music, a glass of wine or beer, and just enjoying yourself.

            Even though Keystone is known for some fantastic Winter Skiing, the Summers are magnificent. The mean temperature during the day is about 75 degrees, just beautiful when the rest of the country is at 100 degrees. There are no bugs, gnats etc. like you find in other areas because of the winters. The Continental Divide is just about 10 minutes away, and there are hundreds of acres of wild flowers that will stun your senses. Golf, hiking, jeep tours horseback riding are just a few sports to enjoy. From our location you can travel to Texas, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and all the surrounding states to expand your vacation experience. We are in Summit County, where there must be hundreds of restaurants and the neighboring towns of Vail, Breckenridge, Silverthorne (where there are over 72 factory stores with great bargains) and Dillon. Lots to do and lots to see.

            We rent our apartment on a daily basis with a 3 night minimum and take reservations in advance.

            Lastly, we remodeled the entire apartment this year with new carpeting, new window blinds, new window drapes, new microwave oven, new range and oven and a new hot tub. We also painted the entire place. It looks absolutely great. Also, our furnishings are not hotel type furniture, but mostly custom residential furnishings of excellent quality.
