Our Check in Time is 4 P.M. Check-Out Time is 10:00 A.M. A 50% Deposit is required to confirm reservation within 5 days of booking. The Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. PLEASE, No Pets and No Smoking are permitted in our Apartment. Cancellation fee is $250 providing we re-rent the week you cancel. The above-agreed rental rate is for 6 people only. Applicant authorizes Keystone Real Estate to charge your card $70 per person for each person over 6 persons who occupy the apartment. Card Member authorizes Keystone Real Estate LLLP the right to charge up to $250.00 for damage to the unit or any extraordinary cleaning or repair required as a result of your stay.  All Charges will appear as "Falcon Management Group, Inc" on your credit card statement.
