Thank you writing to us about our RV Park, Motel and Marina in Beautiful Key Largo Florida. Our full name is Kings Kamp RV Park, Marina and Motel.
We are situated right on the Open Waters of Florida Bay, with more than 7 acres of land, at Mile Marker 103.6, that is 103
miles from Key West, in Key Largo Florida. We are across the Street from the world famous John Pennekamp Florida State Park.
We have over 50 RV sites, 10 water front Tent Camping sites, Motel rooms and one Bay Front Cottage to rent on a daily,
weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. Our tent sites rent from $30 per night for two, with a maximum of four people per site
and $5 extra per person for each person greater than the basic two per day. We also have one motel room with two beds, but
no private bath, there is a shared bathroom, and this room rents from $45 per night. We have another very nice motel room
with private bath from $65 per night. We also have a one-bedroom apartment with central air, tile floors, full kitchen and
very nicely finished from $100 per day. We do have pictures on the Internet that show the $65 motel room and the $100
apartment. We also have a small marina, boat dockage, at $10 per night, and a private boat ramp for guest use only.
Our RV Sites rent for $40 per night for two people, the least expensive in Key Largo. The RV site has water and electric
only, NO SEWER. We have a dump station for RV Guests and small pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times
and not allowed to disturb other guests. You must also pick up after your pet as our grounds are to be kept clean at all
times. If you have a boat we have a small marina where you can dock your boat up to 23 feet in length. There is a $10 per
day docking fee. We do not sell gas or any camping or boating supplies. We do not have a store or a swimming pool.

We do not have a brochure to mail so all the information we have to share with you is on our web pages as described above. So please take the time to view the web pages and the color pictures for all the information you need. All of our rates are posted on these pages. You may print the pages including the pictures on your paper and bring them with you if you like.
If you are interested in renting the Cottage you can email me back at my email address in this letter. After you carefully review our web page, which has all the information you desire about rates etc., if you are interested in any of our offerings, RV Sites, Tent Sites or Motel Rooms, you must call Gloria, our manager at the Park, Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6 PM, Eastern Standard Time, to make a Pre-Paid Reservation with her. Her phone is 1-305-451-0010. We do not have an 800 number. If she is on her golf cart working around the park and not in the office, please leave your name, number, the time you would like to make a reservation and the best time of the day for her to call you back. This is very important. She handles all reservations other than the Bay Front Cottage. All of our rates and types of rentals are on our web pages. The web site is large, so poke around and find the information you desire. It will answer all your questions except for availability or dates open. Please print out any page you desire for your information.
When you visit our web pages, please look for the color pictures at the bottom of each page, and when you find them, just point to them and click on one at a time with your mouse, and each picture will enlarge to a full screen size. It takes about 30 seconds but it will give you a large color picture of what you are interested in. Again, all of our information, Rates, Pictures etc. are on our web pages. You can see our Bay Front Views, Docks, Tent Sites, Some RV Sites etc. Browse through the web pages at your leisure. Our rates for all our rentals are there too.
